For B Arch in IP university, you have to apply online only for appearing in IPU CET 2018 Application Form. It started from 5th of June. You have to mention your scores in NATA. Use the link below to fill the form.   https://cdn.digialm.com//EForms/configuredHtml/850/55035/application.html  

Select Engineering/Professional/PG Diploma as your option.

You to pay the online application fee for the IPU CET 2018. The application fee is Rs 100p for each course.  Best of luck!
