Filling admission form is really easy so do not worry you just need to be little careful while filing it. You have not specified for which University/college/school you are asking the procedure of admission form so I am giving you general details:

1. You will have to start with your basic info like name, parents name, date of birth, parents occupation, category, identify detail like adhar or pancard.
2. Secondly you will have to fill your educational information like your marks upto the level of education you have.
3. Then you will have to upload relevant documents like marksheet, entrance exam marksheet if any, category certificate if applicable and other specific documents that may be required as per your exam.
