I don't my application number for nfat exam and I can't got in email or sms what I do

It would help if you mentioned the exam name so that I can help you with it. In many exams, details like mobile number and Email-Id are taken, and the application number and details are sent to the mobile number and E-Mail Id. So, you can check there.

Do Comment in the comment section in case you don't get your application number there.

First you can check you sms they will send application number at the time of registration.  If not ,

Then go your registered email id.since they also send email while registration which includes your application number.  Check spam folder also some time it will get received in spam folder also.   Or go to the official website of registration and see the forget application number go to that section and after answering  few question you can get your application number.
