For concentration in  your studies, you have to follow these things:

Find a suitable environment

Create study ritual

Block distracting websites, apps on your pgone, tablet and computer.

Divide the study sessions

Use the pomodoro technique

Focus on skills, not grades

Schedule downtime

Exercise

For consistency in your studies, you must follow these:

Plan your study time

Don't attempt to cram all your studying into one session

Study at the same time

Make specific goals

Never procrastinate your planned study session

Start with mist difficult first

Always review your notes before starting an assignment

Make sure you are not distracted while you are studying

Use study groups effectively

Review your notes over the weekend
