Greetings!

If you want to focus on studies without any distraction , you must set a target that is if you are in any class then you should Target to become topper in class, if you fighting for any competitive exam, set your desired rank. Your determination to achieve Target will make you focus on studies. Promise yourself that if you will not be able to study 5 hours without phone or any digital devices apart from study material, you will lose your any one favourite thing. That thought of losing your favourite thing will make you study.

Apart from this make a schedule from morning to end of the day covering all your task ,make sure you give minimum give hours for self study and minimum half an hour for outside game or a walk so that you remain physically healthy also.

You can also follow a good personality like APJ Abdul Kalam and apply his principles in your life.

Stay motivated and determined.
