If you prepare with a planned schedule you can  reach the score of 300 in jEE mains. Firstly you should be good in NCERT books then go for prescribed books.

for physics H C Verma
For chemistry O P Tandon
For mathematics R D sharma
.
Then attempt mock tests series daily to improve the analysis of question paper and time management.

But you should be careful while doing revision of subjects . please avoid deviations at that time. And start revision 15 days before of the jEE mains syllabus.

You know this question has just two word answer......" By studying" . So, just focus on your studies and increase your efficiency per day. 

If Elon Musk can work for 100hrs/week being so much rich then why can't you. I am not saying you to study for 14-15 hrs per day, but yes atleast try for 70hrs/week and with full honesty.
