How to get a best job after B.tech CSE if my college doesn't have good placement?

You will have to try for off placement and visit companies website for any job related updates

Also you can create your LinkedIn profile and keep it updated by increasing your skills so that recruiters may find your profile interested, and they can recruit you.

If your college's placement records are poor then apply for off campus placement by visiting the company's official website.Try to increase your skills in order to get a best job in a good company.
