Hello Sahil,
Hope you are doing well .

If u r qualifying their cut off u are eligible for counselling and u have to register for counselling on MCI site and then u get date for filling Ur desire colleges this is procedure for allotment of seats under 15% quota.

There will be complete schedule for registration , filling of colleges , declaration of results of counselling .

For 85% seats u have to register for ur state counselling either at their portal or offline . Then they call u for counselling .

U should have following documents ready with u always for any counselling-

Admit card neet

10 mark sheet

12 mark sheet

Rank card

Score card

Photo

Migration certificate

Provisional certificate

Character certificate

Try to keep multiple copy of documents and both self attested and attest by your school principal .

Some time they want attested photocopy .
