I hope you are doing well. If you wish to do veterinary in Tamil Nadu or any other state you need to answer neet exam and clear it off. Neet is applicable to any medical institution in Goa. The second option is some states have separate entrance exams that are held to admit students for only those states like KCET for karnataka etc.. For BSC ie UG entrances are different than those for PG. Please note
