So,you'll have to wait for Orissa state counselling to commence which is supposed to happen on 29th November 2021 .The official Orissa state counselling authority is Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Cell.  There, you'll need to register yourself on the official website of the counselling authority of  and participate in the Counselling process .
