The University of Calcutta or Calcutta University is a public state university located in Kolkata, West Bengal. In India it is recognized as a"Five-Star University" and a "Centre with Potential" for Excellence"by the UGC and the NAAC. The applications for B.Tech. Programme will be based on WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination).

So you can't take admission on the basis of JEE Mains. You should appear for WBJEE.
