To enroll in IGMC Shimla's paramedical UG courses, you must first complete Class 12 with Science (Biology).  Then, you must apply through the HP Paramedical Entrance Test, which is administered by HP University.

Fill out the online form on the HP University website when admissions open (typically in June-July).  Following the entrance exam, a merit list is created.  Counseling and seat assignments will be made based on your rank.
