You can totally get admission in Jamia Millia Islamia without GATE also. The University has it's own entrance exam, if you qualify that you can get the admission.

The eligibility required is that you should at least have 60% marks in BTech from a recognised university.

For taking admidadm in MTech programme you have to clear JMI entrance test followed by interview.After clearing both you can get admission in JMI.you should visit official website of jmi and apply for entrance test.
