Admission to any undergraduate or postgraduate level programmes offered at the Peoples Co Operative Arts and Science College is made through the University Merit Quota and Management Quota. Admissions generally begin during June or July as per schedule prescribed by Kannur University . Admission is done as per the 50:50 seat matrix, that is, 50% seats under Management Quota and 50% seats under the Merit quota.

Under the Management Quota, the college can directly admit a student who meet the eligibility criteria for a course and candidates seeking admission to the college under the University Merit Quota can apply for admission through the Online Mechanism by Kannur University. 50% seats of every course is filled by the University on merit basis.
