See for getting admissioned in the degree college u should be giving the lateral entry exam of the college in which u are interested. U should be filling the form to get d2d admssioned directly into the 2nd year of the degree course.

Being an electrical engineering student I can assure the process of getting admissioned. U should be just checking the dates of the release of application form.
