Hi Prince, thanks a lot for your question.

Different state bar councils have formulated their own rules regarding enrolment as an advocate. However, most of the State Bar Councils require the candidate to submit an application along with the degree of law and mark-sheets along with judicial Stamp paper and requisite fees.

You would be required to pay an enrolment fee of Rs.600 to the State Bar Council and Rs.150 to the Bar Council of India. However, the final amount can be much more than Rs.750 because of the inclusion of several other fees.

You can download the application form from Bihar State Bar Council Website or by clicking this link - http://www.biharbarcouncil.org/pdf/enrollment_form.pdf

And for more details related to enrollment, you can check out this link - https://blog.ipleaders.in/how-to-become-a-lawyer-enrol-at-the-bar/

All the best.
