When you say best college of engineering ofcourse it points out to IITs and NITs. For getting good NITs ypu have to score well in Joint Entrance Examination (mains) atleast a score of 140+ out of 360.
And for getting into IITs you have to qualify Jee Advanced with a good marks and rank . Only 11000 seats are there in IIT.
