After cancellation of seat you got through TS EAMCET, you will get the refund. So soon as you cancel your fees, you'll get refund in some days. Sometimes it takes 1 month or more than that also, depends on the scenario.

But definitely you'll get the refund as you have cancelled the seat and need to provide documents if anything necessary.
