Hello aspirant, you will need a very strong resume which will satisfy the mission and vision of the company, you can acquire some good certifications at edx and coursera, with them in your resume, you can apply for internship in their portal, if the company feels you are valuable, you are selected and can get an internship or if lucky, also a job.
