Simply if I tell you then all the companies don't need the person only who knows technically and they also need the persons for the post like business analyst roles, sales & marketing, administration, HR, recruitment etc and for these roles they prefer to recruit MBA students. So you can do MBA if you want to join any good reputed IT company without technical skills and yes there are also some companies where neither MBA nor technically skilled are required and they have flexible recruitment process but you'll find very few IT companies belongs to this.
