Earlier AFMC used to conduct separate examination to get admissions but now the only way to get into AFMC is through NEET-UG examination.

You can apply for NEET, prepare well for the examination and score a good rank.  For admission into AFMC your are shortlisted based on your NEET rank, Based your rank you may be get admission in AFMC, but if u don't get you can use this NEET rank to get admission in other medical colleges.
