RBI issues the notification for the recruitment. As far as I know there is an entrance test. However what I see is the recruitment is mostly for Civil or Electrical engineers. Mechanical engineer recruitment is generally rare. You must check the newspapers or check their website https://opportunities.rbi.org.in/Scripts/Vacancies.aspx. I suggest that you check other banks also for recruitment. just go to their websites and check the career section.
