If you want a job in other field than software engineering then you can try for management posts however, to get a management post in Google is a mammoth task and is almost impossible for students without engineering background. However, for management jobs you have to get a management degree from top colleges like IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, or from top international colleges like London School of Economics.

Other than that you can also get a design job at google, for that you have to either do a graduation in web design/App design or you can learn it on your own and then apply for design jobs in the google.
