Sorry to say you but you have not mention that about which registration number you are talking about . If you are talking about your 12th or 10th level registration number then I can assure you that you can get easily on admit card or on your registration certificate . If you somehow forgot that or or cannot find those you also can write a application to your school they also can provide you that. Otherwise if you are talking about your University registration number then you have to go to your college authority are you can check your semester results as well. Hope this will help you
