It depends from university to university. You need to contact the authorities and need to know the requirements to be met in order to be eligible for the institute you are going for.

If you fulfil all the requirements, then apply for the management seat in the institute, certain colleges even require a donation.

So i would suggest if the college offers management reservation, contact the authorities of the respective college for further information.
