Affiliation certificate means the NOC certificate from your university. Where your character certificate and no objection word written and which is helpful for you later for further higher studies and job sectors.

You didn't mention above which university you have to studied. Anyway you have to go to the college and apply for affiliate certificate. Also talk to the college management they will give you the certificate easily.
