you can get your neet pg user id and password by going to the inbox of your registered email id in neet pg application form .

Generally in any application form after succefully registration of application form we get a confirmation message of registration in our registered email id and mobile number  where the user id and password of the respective candidate is clearly  mentioned. so in my opinion firstly check your mail box for user id and password.

you can also retrieve your username and password by going to the forgot password or username section of the official site.
