As you are talking about termination of studies after Bachelors degree you can only teach upto class 12. This requires that you join B.Ed which requires 50% marks in Bachelors. Some institutes conduct entrance examination for this. You may also do M.Ed.

After you have completed the course on Education you can write state/national level teacher eligibility test and join school according to the vaccancy.

If you are planning to join as lecturer in college then you should have PhD (latest circular by UGC) and clear UGC NET.

If you want to teach in schools then you need clear ctet and also you should have qualified your graduation with 50 % of marks at least and then you become eligible for teaching in schools as tgt and can teach upto class 10 . If you want to teach higher classes like 11th and 12th , you need to first complete your post graduation with at least 50% marks and then you become eligible for pgt and can apply in various private schools.  To become teacher in government schools and also like Kendriya Vidyalaya you need to apply for their exam and then clear it.
