Hello sanjay chauhan.  Firstly chemistry is a subject that be banked on for score in jee mains. In comparison with physics and maths, chemistry is the easier one for score. Regarding your question of how to improve organic chemistry from basics.
Organic chemistry is full of equations and reactions. Alkanes, alkenes, alkynes and their different type of reactions with different chemicals covers most of it.
So first make a comparison chart of these three. For example alkanes reacting with chlorine, alkene with chlorine, alkyne with chlorine. Like wise. And give a part of your day for practice. Some reactions needs to be remembered. So set a time in your day to practice the reactions.
