The minimum qualification should be 12th pass as you cannot join Airforce, Army and Navy after 10th. So I would suggest you to focus on your 12th first and once you clear it with decent score then try for the same.
Here is the eligibility for NDA - Age limit 16.5-19.5yrs, 12th Passed from recognized board. You should have physics and mathematics at 12th level to become Naval officer or Airforce officer.You should be unmarried male candidate. You should be mentally and physically fit.

Since you are currently in class 10th you can't go for any of the defence line yet. The best and nearest opportunity for you is NDA ( National Defence Academy). You can become a navy officer if you clear NDA. All you have to do is wait for the right time. Here are some requirements you should meet in order to apply for NDA :-

1:- Age should be in between 16.5 years and 19 years.
2:- Must be +2 qualified.
3:- Must be a citizen of India.

Also work on your physical appearance and health as minor defects can lead to rejection
