Every year AP Government conducts various Common Entrance Examinations for different courses for the candidates who are pursuing or graduated in Bachelors Degree.

As the state of Andhra Pradesh conducts the apicet, it completely depends on the university or college you're applying for. Distance education has nothing to do with the qualifying exam, it depends on the policy of the institute.
