Hello.
After intermediate if you want to do your undergraduate course free and you want best education, then there are less opportunities in India because let suppose if you get free education then it will not necessary that the education will be of good quality, and even if you get quality education then it is not necessary that it will be free , but in India there is a very big buckle down for having quality education and free you will have to shine yourself, you will have to score number one rank in the central level or state level exams for which course you want to go,, other option is that you can go for abroad there are many universities which provides you 100% fee waiver for your undergraduate course if you score according to them in their entrance exam, you can go with the SAT exam after class 12th apart from this there are so many exam with which you can go, these exams vary university to University.
