JEE Main paper 2 is meant for admission to B Arch and B Planning courses in NITs, CFTIs, SPAs and some pvt architecture colleges.
For getting into B Arch at IIT you need to qualify JEE main and JEE Advanced. If you secure an All India Rank in Advanced, only then you will be eligible for AAT (Architecture Aptitude test , for IITs). And if you qualify the AAT with required cutoff, you will be able to get admission to B Arch at IITs.

Hello Dear

Inorder to get in the elite institutes like IIT from JEE paper 2 you need to be under 1000 rank inorder to be in IIT.
