yes, it is possible to get into ISRO without giving GATE.for that, you have to look for the job openings in in isro through any employment news.you can subscribe any job websites to alert you for job openings.if you get any suitable job for u,then go and try to pass in the written/online exam.after that there will be face to face interview,thats it.do well, all the best..................
