Hey,
L&T Company recruits fresher's from IITs or NITs only. So, if you are not from a top-tier college, then you need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
Also, stay updated with Naukri.com and Times Jobs Ascent . As all the job vacancies are posted on these online platforms which helps them to get a cream layer of aspirants.
