Some of the ways which may help you to find job as fresher:

1. Off-campus Hiring Drive: Some major companies often hold off-campus drives to select for the positions to be filled by them. But the chances of selection is very low as due to increased bureaucracy in the process.
2. Recruitment Portals: There are several ways portals like Naukri, shine,etc where one may upload their resume and hope that the recruiters of the company notice them.
3. Assessment Exams: Their are aptitude assessment exams held to evaluate candidates and some companies use these scores to shortlist. Getting a high score is no assurance for hiring itself.
