Dear Pradeep, MCI has released a list of Candidates who are eligible for refund of the security deposit after NEET Counselling. There is a separate list for Candidates who made their payments through Net Banking and there is a separate list for Candidates who made their payments through Card. You can check the list at: https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/ . To the right of this page, you will see a heading called News/Events. You can see the information there.  This has been released as on September 27th, 2019. Please visit the website and check the list under the pdf file through the mode you made the payment.
