Shubham in inorganic chapters like S,p,d,f blocks I can understand it is very hard to memorise everything. To learn maximum part you can make up some of your own relations between the periodic table, their structure, valencies and their properties by reading how most of them are functioning. Developing the relations by yourself help yourself to recall many things and even help you in solving the reactions. One more thing is to learn by heart some of the important equations which are renamed after some scientists because many questions are asked on the basis of equations. Do this not only in inorganic but also in organic chemistry. And you can't remember the properties of each element so remember in a way like properties of all elements in the first row, second row etc. or in the first column, second column etc. in the periodic tables.

This might help you a little bit but to get these things also you will need to work a lot by yourself. If done in a good way it will really help you to solve many questions.
