hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that generally making of obc certificate takes time and it varies from tehsil to tehsil from which you are making . Generally issuing of obc certificate takes 7-8 days to verify the document so I would request you to attach an application for urgent making of certificate and submit to the tehsil and hope for the best
