So according to your question you want to know how can we make short notes/ tips to study physics and other subjects.

Well first I would start of by telling you to keep a small rough note book or a note pad always while a teacher is taking class so that when ever an important point is coming up you could quickly note it down.

Secondly keep a book where you can prepare your own answers using the important points you've marked in lectures. This is only for your reference.

Thirdly the subjects which have calculation and requires formulas so for these subjects you can keep a note of all formulas required by the sums in a separate book.
