In order to prepare for boards as well as NEET exam at the same time what is necessary is to have a good time table which you need to follow thoroughly. Since the syllabus of NEET and boards is same there won't be much difference but you need to study bit deeper for subjects like physics and chemistry. And the difference is in NEET you need to study of class 11 and 12 but for boards only class 12. So while studying your class 12 syllabus, you need to keep revising 11. But you need to keep in mind your priorities.
