You have not mentioned the exam you are talking about  but you have tagged neet so I am on answering with respect to that

It's quite difficult to predict the score you need in NEET examination to get a seat in Gujarat as
cut off marks for medical colleges varies depending upon various factors like your domicile state , number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But in general as per past year trends , you should try to get at least  550  marks or more to be on the safer side in your neet  examination to get a mbbs seat in government medical college

For example,
in neet  2019, lowest marks required for general category for getting a mbbs seat in government medical college under Gujarat state quota was 523 and it was for National Modern Medical Education and Research Institute(Government Medical College), Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli
