Firstly don't worry if you're are weak in English .

As majority of the question comes from maths section , that is basically NCERT which is same for both .

If you score good in maths then you can obtain good marks.

And talking about English syllabus , there is only basic grammar which can be studied using flash cards , YouTube etc.

Attempt only those questions which are understandable according to you as there is negative marking for it.

English is not at all compulsory but have little confidence and try to learn slowly.

2.Execution –Try running against time to measure their performance.
3.Choose a sports team – team sports are very important and helps in development of qualities such as cooperation, concentration, active mental activity, and physical endurance.
4.Jump – jump always opted for heating and is the best way to keep the body fit.
Basic physical exercise - crunches, push-ups, chin-ups

2nd part of your question is regarding communication language- there is no doubt that english leaves a better impression while personal interview, but if a candidate is not comfortable he/she can switch to Hindi.  In the what matters is your confidence and knowledge
