If you are facing difficulty opening a book in the Career360 app after downloading, try these steps:

1. Check Storage – Ensure the file is downloaded completely and storage isn’t full.

2. Locate the File – Open your File Manager , Downloads and try opening the book from there.

3. Use a PDF Reader – If it's a PDF, open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader or any other PDF viewer.

4. Restart the App & Device – Close the Career360 app, restart your phone and try again.

5. Reinstall the App – If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Career360 app.

6. Check Permissions – Ensure the app has storage access permissions in your phone settings.
