If you want to become an IAS and IPS then you must be a graduate and then you will have to appear for civil service Examination. You must Prepare for this exam with very focused, starting from NCERT and books of various well known subject authors of Physics, chemistry, history , geography, Economics, polity etc. But the best way is to start from NCERT 6-12th and daily current affairs, debates etc with this you will feel it easy and if you have subject related to these then it will be helpful and for optionals as well.
