In order for you to pay the seat acceptance fee, you must be first allotted a seat in the counseling, after which there will be detailed instructions given to you by the official website.
 the fee is generally accepted by 
1) Online payment (Card / Online banking).
2) Challan payment.
It is easier for anyone to pay through the challan, because most of the time, there was an issue of payment on online portals.
