Hey 

if you have your vision & aim clear from 10th itself it’s a good thing 

you have 3 years in hand for preparation 

first of all you need to get good marks in 10th boards to get Medical as your stream of choice in school so study well

side by side join a foundation course from any institute of your choice. This is important because they help you stay focussed for competitive exams & make you work extra hard so that you start enjoying it & tests become a competition for you already .

for AIIMS or any other medical exam 

in 11th dont procastinate. This is the time when you can makr your basics very strong so do that . be it physics, chemistry & biology do every subject regularly 

give tests in coaching to assess you performance , aim for higher ranks with every test 

if you solve a lot during 11th your basics will actually be very clear which becomes the main problem during medical entrances 

in 12th you have boards to focus on side by side so invest & utilise time properly. 

attempt previous year papers of AIIMS or join ALLEN AIIMS test series 

work on your weaker areas . AIIMS is more  of a confusing & knowledge based exam 

gk is asked as well but it is the most recent gk that is asked so dont worry about that as of now yes but then make sure that you know the most highlighted events of the year, New Ministers, New plans 

if you work hard you will definitely be successful but stay dedicated & focussed

First of all concentrate on your board and in free time start reading books which may help you they are :-
1.ncert best books for all entrance exams and my be given a superior priority 
2.start understanding the concept. If you just mugged you can face many problems for competitive exam example:-   AIIMS etc
3.use you Internet for video lecture for understanding the concept especially physics. 

4.be calm while preparing just Revise after one chapter 

5.start solving physics and chemistry problem from ncert which will increase your accuracy. 
6.just remind your self daily why are you preparing you will get lots of confidence after this.

As you are preparing start a good habit of observation and clear all your doubt no let it go. 
Be always ready to face problems and never give up 
Just remember what is your dream.
