Hello,

it is just a theory chapter. read NCERT book first. mark out important points.  read it multiple time if you feel topic is hard. you can follow guide which is available online in browser.

for notes: https://ncerthelp.com/text.php?ques=1636+Notes+for+Class+11+Chapter+20+Locomotion+and+Movement+Download+in+pdf+

visit this link. the above link has very brief points. it will be easy for you to remember.

You can mark it in book if you have else write it on your notes. if you find it hard to remember then draw diagrams, flow charts.  when it hard to remember number, link that number to some image related to that key word.

The above link have one flow chart remember it very well. it will be easy for you. read more times. ask yourself questions. appear mock tests.

solve end chapter and examples of NCERT book.

Hope it helps!
