As per your question,While studying, keep on making concise notes in a separate notebook, and before going to bed, make a point of revising it so that you dont miss anything that you have learnt.

For physical chemistry, once you get the concepts right, it is not a big deal. You can easily score well.

For inorganic chemistry , you have to learn it by heart, nothing much can be done about this.

In the organic section, the concepts are repeated, throughout the topics, soo it is really easy. Make sure you are well versed with the reactions and please go throught he last 10 years paper as you dont have much time, just go through them.
