There is no problem in preparing from phone as you can watch all the syllabus through YouTube and you can also practice mock tests in it.

But though phones are very handy compared to PCs and laptops but it also comes with lot of distractions. Try to avoid them all and make sure you keep the entertainment time to a limit.
